Sleeves
Aluminum tubes are available in various shapes – drawn or turned. Almost all customer requirements can be met through post-processing, such as punching, cutting, grinding and polishing.
Only high-grade aluminum is used. The final anodizing process not only refines the surface of the parts and seals them to make them scratch-resistant, it can also be used to apply customer logos or decorations.
Colored surface variants are also possible to make. Made in Japan

Raw aluminum is formed into the desired shape on progressive presses.
Subsequent mechanical processing steps and finishing by anodizing process ensure a technically high-quality and visually outstanding design of the containers. Made in Japan.
Metal clips
The production of metal clips requires a great deal of technical know-how and manufacturing expertise. These prerequisites, coupled with favorable prices for tools and clip production, make our partners competitive suppliers in this section.
Clip production, either from existing standard molds or from customer-specific tools, is always order-related, taking into account the minimum order quantities. For new clip projects, we are happy to support you in the development and implementation of your ideas.
Caps and shanks - compression molding process
Starting from cylindrical tubes, the containers are pressed into the desired shape. This low-cost process primarily uses stainless steel material.
Brass and aluminum are also available as an option. Also realizable: surface refinement, e.g. by painting.
Caps and shanks - deep-drawing process brass
Deep-drawn caps and shafts made of brass serve as the basis for high-quality writing instruments. Many sizes and shapes can be produced on the existing deep drawing presses.
The surface is finished by electroplating or painting. Made in EU.
Tips, rings, snaps
We manufacture tips, rings and push-caps for you using CNC molding. Our partners have the latest CNC automatic lathes, modern machining centers and conventional precision automatic lathes at their disposal.
This makes it possible to produce small, medium and large series from all common materials (brass, aluminum, stainless steel, POM, etc.) in line with requirements. Mechanical finishing is just as possible as galvanic surface finishing, also nickel-free! Ongoing quality management is just as much a matter of course for our certified partners as customer-oriented service, flexibility and reliability.
